Product description
Stainless steel refers to a steel alloy resistant to chemical corrosive media such as air, steam, water, acid and alkali. Stainless steel is very popular in CNC milling services for its excellent mechanical properties. The stainless steel CNC milling process uses cutting tools to remove material from the stainless steel billet on the rolling mill. The raw materials or workpieces are placed on the worktable under the main shaft. A computer-controlled rotary milling cutter is installed under the main shaft. The main shaft moves vertically when the worktable is horizontal. The CNC milling machine can perform multiple operations along 3/4/5 axes to cut stainless steel milled parts into programmed sizes. Stainless steel can be divided into martensite (ferrite), austenite and duplex (austenite/ferrite). Each type of stainless steel should take different milling operations.i
